Hydraulic Hose Assembler / Inside Sales

Pay Rate : $18 / hr

Responsibilities job duties :

Working closely with our team and other members of the organization to provide superb customer service.

Represent company in a positive and professional manner

Work closely with all personnel to ensure workplace and customer satisfaction

Display exemplary attendance and time management

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Utilize the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Assisting with parts requirements of customers through hands on counter service and sales.

Perform proper opening and closing procedures

Inventory control and store cycle counts

Perform proper shipping and receiving processes for store products

Assist in keeping parts clean and shelf section area stocked and orderly.

Forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck operation

Follow-up on parts shortages and expedite ordering to include assistance from procurement specialists

Display good management skills

Exhibit conflict resolution skills and good sound judgement when faced with problems

Other duties as assigned

Perform inside sales for store customers on the phone Desired Skills and Experience :

The willingness to accept additional tasks and training / certifications when necessary

Must be able to work 40-hour work weeks and overtime as needed with the drive to be on time

Superb professionalism to include clear communication (verbal and written)

Clean and neat appearance and organizational skills

Basic computer skills and math

Ability to follow directions / instructions with accuracy while paying attention to detail

Ability to understand and comply with posted rules and procedures.

Experience with fluid power products, hoses, fittings, coupling, cylinders, actuators, pumps, valves etc- would be a major plus.
