Now Hiring : Director of Risk & Performance Improvement - Behavioral Health

Lead system-wide risk mitigation strategies and performance-improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards

Partner with clinical and operational teams to optimize care delivery and client safety

Design quality-improvement frameworks that drive measurable outcomes

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Bachelor's Degree in nursing, social work, mental health / behavioral sciences, or related field preferred.

Experience : A minimum of five (5) years of experience directing performance improvement and risk management activities in a hospital, psychiatric hospital, or mental health treatment setting preferred. Knowledgeable regarding Joint Commission accreditation standards. Experience interpreting State and Federal standards related to hospital operations required.

Licensure or Certification : None required. RN or LMSW licensure preferred
