Primary role As a Director, Program Management, you will be fully accountable for the planning, execution, and completion of all project activities for implementations of our Odessa Platform (ERP) for our customers in the Equipment Leasing and Finance Industry. This will include the delegation of tasking, planning of the overall timeline and milestones, and delivering a project that is on-time and on-budget. You should have a solid understanding of what needs to get done and the ability to plan for the required resources at the appropriate times over the life of the project.You’ll be the main point of contact with customers and will also be collaborating with Account Managers and Solution Architects. In addition, you will be working alongside many other teammates in both our Philadelphia and Bangalore offices, including our Business and Technical Analysts and engineering teams.Most importantly, you’ll be a key member of the larger organization who will enable you to speak your mind and facilitate your growth and success!
