Specific Duties

Box Office Management :

• Create events on eventbrite to manage ticket sales / reservations for our department productions
• Handle money and track revenue garnered from theatre productions and other ticketed events
• Produce box office reports
• Document work -updating the publicity handbook

Administrative support :

At minimum candidates must demonstrate a familiarity with some of the tools and techniques related to the theatre publicity such as computer software, video, or computer programming by providing a letter of recommendation that speaks to the candidates character and experience. Preferred Qualifications Ideal candidates will have worked on more than one high school or college theatre production and can demonstrate requisite skills in graphics, writing , and video production by way of a portfolio or a letter of recommendation. This position requires patience, a sense of humor, and a sincere desire to help others achieve the highest levels of success in theatre production in order to foster life long learning, diversity, and community building. Benefits Summary Employees are eligible for the following benefits :
