Senior Project Director Construction

The Senior Project Director - Construction  will lead and coordinate large-scale complex projects ensuring seamless integration across engineering procurement and construction. This role requires exceptional leadership to guide multidisciplinary teams and mentor Project Managers and Project Directors driving excellence in project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage integrated EPC (ONEsolution) projects of significant scope complexity and value.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to CRB Project Managers and Project Directors.
• Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations for quality schedule and budget.
• Maintain industry certifications such as PMP and AECPMA.
• Champion best practices in integrated project delivery and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
