Product Support Sales Representative

D2B Groups is seeking a driven and mechanically-minded Product Support Sales Representative to join our client’s growing heavy equipment team. In this role, you’ll focus on supporting customers by promoting parts and service solutions that increase uptime, improve performance, and extend the life of their fleets. This territory-based position is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship building, understands equipment, and is energized by helping customers stay operational.

Key Responsibilities :

• Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers across your territory.
• Sales Growth : Promote parts, service, repairs, and preventative maintenance solutions to increase revenue.
• Machine Support : Conduct routine equipment walkarounds and inspections to identify service needs.
• Estimates & Proposals : Prepare clear and accurate quotes for service work and parts packages.
• CRM Documentation : Keep detailed records of machines, contacts, interactions, and opportunities.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with service managers, technicians, and equipment sales reps.
• Customer Support : Serve as the main point of contact for repair needs—sometimes even after hours.
• Market Intelligence : Stay up to date on OEM programs, customer fleets, and support technologies.
• Professional Presence : Represent the company at trade events and in the field with confidence.
