Our client, a financial infrastructure platform for businesses is currently seeking a Remote Content Publisher.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute routine content updates in our CMS (Contentful), including copy changes and content swaps.
  • Review and triage KTLO (Keep The Lights On) tickets with producers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure accuracy in every update—catching typos, formatting issues, and broken links.
  • Support modular page creation using prebuilt components.
  • Follow internal processes for handoff, QA, and review within weekly sprints.
  • Document workflows, permissions, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with WPP to improve content operations and tooling.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience with CMS platforms (preferably Contentful or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and editorial precision.
  • Effective communicator across distributed teams and time zones.
  • Comfortable working in sprints and meeting SLAs.
  • Familiarity with markdown and basic HTML.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with global websites and localization workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume content tasks efficiently.
  • Experience collaborating with product, marketing, or content teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana or Jira.
  • Interest in improving documentation and scaling operations.
