Key Responsibilities Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and recommending placements Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to meet staffing needs Prepare and maintain staffing reports and track key staffing metrics Required Qualifications Associate degree 3 or more years of experience in managing the entire recruiting life cycle 3 or more years of healthcare recruiting experience Strong sourcing experience preferred
