What Youll Do

As a Member Services Representative you will provide account information open and close accounts for members resolve issues and professionally handle the members daily needs :

Creating a welcoming environment and building strong member relationships

Accurately process account maintenance with confidentiality and efficiency

Assisting members with problem resolution and educating them on Altana s products and services

Promoting Altana s Mission Vision and Core Values in every interaction

What Were Looking For

Were seeking individuals who are detail-oriented service-driven and eager to grow within our organization. Our ideal candidate will have :

Previous cash handling or teller experience (preferred but not required)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

A working knowledge of computers and proficiency in ten-key data entry
