A company is looking for a Health Navigator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct educational calls to advise members on benefits and services, and complete health needs assessments
Reach out to members with care gaps to encourage compliance and assist with provider and appointment scheduling
Manage system work queues and screen members for eligibility and prior case activities
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree in education, communication, or health-related field, or equivalent work experience
2 years of experience in a customer service support role
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of medical terminology
Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills
