We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to come and join our growing team! This position will be based out of Portland, OR.

ABOUT THE JOB :

Anctil is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Tech with a skilled background, hands-on approach, and the ability to work independently or as a team, to provide comfort solutions to our customers.

As an Anctil Commercial Service Technician your primary responsibilities will be to travel to customer locations, diagnose, and repair their HVAC equipment. At times, to fill in your schedule, you will perform planned maintenance. You will follow company standards and procedures as you do your work, and detail all work performed and parts used in our field service software. Finally, you will provide excellent customer service on every job and ensure our customers continue to ask for Anctil, as many of them have done for decades.

Responsibilities include :

• Work with safety in mind at all times.
• Inspect and troubleshoot problems with existing Commercial HVAC units.
• Install replacement parts on existing Commercial HVAC units.
• Clean, adjust, repair systems, and perform warranty services.
• Maintain inventory of replacement parts and order replacements.
• Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• Participate in technical training, safety meetings, and teamwork projects.
• Ability to work after hours, over the weekends, and holiday work, as needed.
• Participate in the service team on-call rotation.
• Perform routine maintenance on Commercial HVAC systems to ensure they operate properly.
