A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Management Analyst to support fixed-asset accounting operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate asset records, ensuring compliance with GAAP, performing asset lifecycle activities, and supporting financial reporting. What You'll Do

• Manage fixed-asset accounting processes, policies, and procedures
• Maintain and update the fixed-asset register with accuracy
• Support quarterly and annual asset confirmation activities
• Record and monitor asset acquisitions, transfers, and disposals
• Perform depreciation calculations and asset valuations
• Review and analyze fixed-asset financial statements and reports
• Prepare detailed management reports and variance explanations
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting related to capital assets
• Partner with cross-functional teams on capital planning
• Coordinate tagging and tracking of assets with IT and operations teams
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in asset records
• Implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls
• Maintain documentation for policies and procedures
• Administer leased asset records and lease accounting activities
