Job Summary

Are you ready to lead EHS transformation across a global footprint? As a Senior Manager EHS, you'll be the strategic force behind Caterpillar's safety culture, sustainability roadmap, and risk mitigation efforts. This high-impact role drives enterprise-wide change, embeds Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) principles, and leads Serious Injury & Fatality (SIF) prevention strategies across multiple facilities and countries.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the division EHS process owner, driving strategy implementation and integration across global sites.
• Lead change initiatives to mitigate environmental risks and enhance employee safety across US, UK, Thailand, Indonesia, and India.
• Champion Caterpillar's Sustainable Development roadmap at the division level.
• Embed HOP principles and SIF prevention into operational practices and leadership behaviors.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, accountability, and proactive risk management.
• Represent the division in enterprise EHS forums and cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor and report division EHS performance metrics to senior leadership to drive data-informed decisions.
• Guide EHS audits, training, and compliance programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and global regulatory frameworks.

Summary Pay Range : $156,000.00 - $234,000.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
