Join our dynamic Procurement team as a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Category Management, where you will be instrumental in defining the future of our third-party spend and maximizing value across the organization. What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and Execute Category Strategies : Define and lead the execution of comprehensive multi-year strategic category plans that drive competitive advantage, innovation, and TCO reduction.
• Lead Complex Strategic Sourcing : Manage the full end-to-end strategic sourcing lifecycle for high-value spend, including robust market analysis, RFP development, and supplier selection.
• Negotiate High-Value Contracts : Expertly lead and conclude complex commercial and legal negotiations to secure optimal pricing, favorable contract terms, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Drive Value through SRM : Establish and cultivate strategic supplier relationships that focus on continuous improvement, joint innovation, and enhanced performance across the supply base.
• Mitigate Supply Chain Risk : Proactively identify, assess, and manage supply chain and contractual risks, implementing strategies for business continuity and resilience.
