In this role, you will lead the delivery of large-scale electric distribution initiatives, overseeing complex projects from planning to completion. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and communication channels to ensure high-quality outcomes. Acting as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders, you will guide multidisciplinary teams and support business development efforts. This position requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of power delivery environments, and the ability to drive performance across multiple projects. It offers the opportunity to shape impactful programs while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Accountabilities :

• Lead the planning, organization, and implementation of power delivery projects of varying complexity.
• Support business development by contributing to project scoping, budget planning, proposals, interviews, negotiations, and contract preparation.
• Define project scope, establish work procedures, develop schedules and budgets, select vendors, and manage billing milestones.
• Engage with client leadership to resolve issues, obtain approvals, and maintain long-term relationships that support ongoing business activities.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively across project teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely execution.
• Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring objectives related to scope, quality, schedule, and budget are consistently met.
• Monitor project performance and resource allocation, identifying potential scope changes and negotiating associated contract amendments.
• Assess and mitigate risks from early proposal stages through project execution.
• Mentor and support other Project Managers, contributing to project reviews and team development.
