Seeking a Real Estate / Construction Controller in the LA area. Must have Real estate investment -Commercial, Multi-family, Yardi and Construction for consideration!! Duties :
- Overseeing all matters related to accounting including the month-end close, and preparation of monthly financial reporting
- Job costing and Percent Completion Analysis (WIP)
- Manage cash and treasury functions
- Establish and maintain internal controls and related processes
- Prepare statutory filings
- Work with the outside CPA to prepare audited financial statements and tax returns
- Special projects and assistance with strategic planning
- Manage Human Resource Function
