Per Diem PM shift

Charter Oak Hospital offers compassionate and individualized treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. We believe in a patient-centric approach, where every treatment plan is tailored to meet the specific needs of each person who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do :

The receptionist is responsible for answering and transferring phone calls, overhead paging, answering front lobby inquiries, sorting, and distributing mail, and related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• High School degree or equivalent required
• Bilingual English / Spanish a must
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to effectively interact with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socio-economic classes, those in crises or resistant or negative toward organization
• Ability to remain seated at switchboard for long periods of time without significant discomfort or distress
