Responsibilities :

Manage communication and workflow

Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, special events, and professional development sessions.

Prepare and coordinate a variety of reports, including financial and board reports.

Assist with budget development and tracking, purchase orders, and requisitions.

Oversee and train part-time clerical staff within the division.

Handle sensitive information and confidential records with discretion.

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills :

Experience in higher education or a similar professional environment.

Education : Bachelors

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :

A Bachelor's Degree is required.

At least four years of experience in a professional work setting.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

A proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
