Pay : $58630 - $85030 / year (paid hourly - includes 10% shift differential)

Schedule : M - F; 2p - 10 : 30p

Location : Raleigh, NC | Research Triangle Park

What is your day to day?

• Complete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs / ballasts (as allowed by licensing requirements), plumbing, UPS, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work, and general maintenance.
• Support preventative maintenance program(s)
• Maintain assigned work order service requests and timely completion in CMMS system.
• Support on-call or emergency response situations (when applicable)
• Troubleshoot building systems.
• Comply with all safety procedures
• Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned.
• Strong customer service and team goal oriented.
