Davies Molding LLC, an ITG company, has been a leading supplier of standard knobs, handles, cases, and custom plastic components since 1933. The EHS Specialist is responsible for all aspects of Environment, Health and Safety programs and regulation compliance.  This includes, but is not limited to the following :

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety of all direct employees and contractors
• Update, implement, and maintain EH&S policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with OSHA, EPA, Heico and other applicable regulations.
• Lead safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate and deliver EH&S training for employees, including onboarding, refresher training, and specialized safety programs.
• Lead investigations of workplace incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; document findings and implement corrective / preventive actions.
• Maintain required records and prepare reports for internal use and external regulatory agencies.
• Support emergency preparedness efforts, including drills, response planning, and first aid / CPR initiatives.
• Manage environmental compliance activities such as hazardous waste handling, stormwater, air permitting, and recycling programs.
• Partner with supervisors and employees to promote employee engagement and continuous improvement in safety performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for EH&S-related inquiries, inspections, and audits.
• Monitor industry best practices and regulatory changes to keep facility programs up to date.
• Verify contractor compliance with applicable standards

Salary range : $70,000- $80,000 annually, based on experience / qualifications
