As an instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cover essential cosmetology skills and techniques.
• Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to students to enhance their practical skills.
• Assess student performance through evaluations, feedback, and practical examinations.
• Maintain an organized classroom environment that fosters learning and creativity.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements to ensure curriculum remains relevant.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
• Mentor students in their professional development and career pathways.
• Requirements
• Valid instructor cosmetology license with teaching credentials preferred.
• Proven experience in the cosmetology field with expertise in multiple areas such as barbering, aesthetic treatments, and nail care is encouraged, but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable, but not required.
• Ability to create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Knowledge of current industry standards and practices.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in the beauty industry.

Pay : $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
