Key Responsibilities Lead and coach a team of 10-15 Account Executives in outbound cold calling Drive daily outbound activity and ensure team members meet or exceed KPIs Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment Experience selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM Proven success in a cold calling environment with a focus on high activity and quota achievement Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED Strong coaching and data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
