Pay Rate : $55 $58 per hour

Job Summary :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform a variety of complex laboratory tests to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. The technologist will ensure quality control equipment calibration and compliance with laboratory standards and regulations.

Responsibilities :

Conduct chemical microscopic and bacteriologic tests following established procedures

Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment

Record analyze and interpret test results with accuracy and timeliness

Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient laboratory operations

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist

Preferred Skills & Experience :

Experience in a hospital or high-volume clinical lab setting

Education :

Required : Associates Degree from an accredited laboratory technology program

Preferred : Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology or related field

Certifications & Licensure :

Required : Valid New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (092) issued by NYSED with Primary Source Verification

Preferred : BLS Certification
