Embroidery Machine Tech Apprentice

The production equipment technician apprentice responsible for routine maintenance of our embroidery machines, heat seal presses, digital printers and laser machines.

Work Schedule 7 :

• 00 am – 3 : 30 pm Monday – Friday with Overtime (Saturday 7am – noon) as required.  Compensation :   The hourly pay range  reflects the actual compensation that Ahead, LLC; the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire.   The final offer will be determined by a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Essential Duties and Responsibilities Repair of Cap Frames & other machine attachments.
• Cleaning, lubrication and minor repairs of embroidery machines.
• PM on all machinery.
• Daily record keeping of machine tasks performed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Skills / Qualifications Ability to follow verbal directions.
• Ability to read instructions in English.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting / problem solving tasks.
• Ability to work with tools and machinery.
• Skill set to learn how to troubleshoot and repair all equipment.
• Supervisory Responsibilities None Physical Demands Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Repetitive use of hands, fingers and arms.
• Ability to demonstrate fine dexterity skills.
• Ability to move about the facility.
• Ability to climb, bend, reach, kneel and crouch.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
