Home Health Aide

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Successful completion of a competency evaluation program. Candidates must be listed on the state nurse aide registry. One year home health aide or nurse aide experience. Current CPR / BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross and compliance with state requirements.

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
• Assisting patients with mobility and transfers.
• Completing necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
• Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals regarding client needs and concerns.
• Following established care plans and contributing to the development of personalized care strategies.
