You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps while ensuring high-quality delivery of distributed systems. You will drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, and shape team culture, contributing to both operational efficiency and innovation. Accountabilities :
Lead engineering teams building critical systems for institutional products, including trading, custody, and exchange platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, break down complex projects, and drive iterative design and implementation.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-quality systems.
Coach and mentor engineers to support career growth and enhance team impact.
Partner with talent teams to recruit top engineering talent aligned with organizational culture and values.
Contribute to processes that improve engineering quality, operational standards, and service level agreements.
Participate hands-on when needed, including coding, code review, incident management, and troubleshooting complex issues.
