Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations with individuals who request information.

Assess client goals and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Manage client interactions and follow-up through our CRM system.

Participate in coaching sessions and team training

Work independently while meeting personal and team performance goals.

Qualifications

No prior sales experience requiredtraining and mentorship included.

Organized self-motivated and eager to learn.

Basic computer and video-conferencing skills.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Life insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain - we will assist!)
