Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Counter Person to join our team.

This role is not an entry-level opportunity.

We're looking for someone who can jump in with minimal training and immediately contribute to our team.

You will be responsible for overseeing the full parts sales process, maintaining inventory, and delivering top-tier customer service.

Job Type : Full-Time

Schedule : Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays

Pay : $45,000 - $65,000 per year based on previous experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish

Work with the Parts Manager to locate out-of-stock parts

Complete special order part requests for customers

Provide updates to customers on part status

Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and staff

Follow company safety policies and industry regulations

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years in a dealership service department required

Previous experience at a Ford dealership strongly preferred

Solid understanding of automotive parts and systems

Ability to identify issues and provide timely solutions

Strong reading, math, and computer skills

Detail-oriented with excellent time management

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods

High school diploma or equivalent required

Positive, professional demeanor and strong work ethic

Experience with auto parts sales highly preferred
