Role Overview

The Senior Sales Manager - HVAC Leads the execution of long-term sales strategies identifying new business opportunities and driving overall sales growth. Partners with local field leadership to provide voice of the customer feedback to effectively build go-to-market strategies customer segmentation plans and sales coverage to drive expected sales and gross margin growth.

Position Details

• Reports to the Senior General Manager
• Direct oversight of 6 Outside Sales Representatives
• The position can be based out of the Orlando or surrounding areas
• Market opportunity of $80M

Pay Range : $7949.70 - $17325.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
