RN Nurse Navigator for Oncology ambulatory clinic will help to navigate newly diagnosed breast cancer patients with multimodality therapy and complex care needs. Supports breast medical, surgical and radiation oncology new patients. Helps to determine barriers for care and initiate teaching and referrals for newly diagnosed patients.

3 years’ experience REQUIRED. Pyxis medication system, EPIC documentation, SBAR communication. Provider support includes interpretation services. Charcoal grey or Caribbean blue scrubs required (not provided). 80 hours orientation. 1st time traveler OK. Teaching and Community hospital experience preferred.

Certifications REQUIRED : BLS; OCN
