How You Will Make a Difference : As part of Signature Rehab's integrated care model, you will work collaboratively with other clinical caregivers to ensure that residents and patients achieve full recovery and return to the activities they love.

What You Need to Make a Difference : We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team. Key qualifications include :

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program with at least a Bachelor's of Science Degree.
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are provided.
