- Perform work that is in compliance with infection and infectious diseases control standards; office policies and procedures; and safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines
- Supervise dental assistants, dental hygienists, associate dentists, and administrative staff, and communicate with support staff regarding patient care plans
- Determine and diagnose oral diseases and provide appropriate treatment for common dental problems including root canals, surgical extractions, cleanings, and restoration
- Refer patient to dental specialists such as pediatric dentists, orthodontists, endodontists, and periodontists when appropriate
- Recommend and perform preventive dental care treatments such as flossing, fillings, sealants, x-rays, and fluoride applications, and cosmetic dental services such as whitening when indicated Qualifications :
- Should be computer proficient
- Board Eligible and / or Board Certified in General Dentistry
- Unrestricted and current state license in good standing
- Relevant knowledge of dental standards and guidelines, public health standards, and dental medicine trends and advances is an asset
- 2+ years in clinical or private practice dentistry experience is required Compensation : $350,000
