Site Reliability Engineer

Pacific International has been exclusively retained by a global leader in advanced materials to identify a Reliability Engineer who will drive long-term reliability improvements and preventive maintenance strategies.

With a strong commitment to innovation and operational excellence, the company seeks a hands-on professional who can assess, optimize, and implement reliability programs that enhance equipment performance, reduce downtime, and ensure best-in-class manufacturing standards. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact on the plant's reliability roadmap and overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve reliability programs for manufacturing equipment
• Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to prevent recurring issues
• Develop and execute predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
• Evaluate and optimize spare parts and maintenance plans to reduce unnecessary costs
• Revamp the existing reliability program and establish a roadmap aligned with industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design reliability into new equipment and systems
• Provide technical input on machinery upgrades and replacements to enhance long-term performance
• Support safety and compliance initiatives related to equipment reliability
