About The Position

Must-Have :

2+ years of experience

Strong General Surgical background, including ENT, Ortho, and Neuro

Experience working in a busy acute care facility with more than 15 OR suites

Experience with robotics

Description :

Perform surgical and operating room duties as assigned according to established policies and procedures.

Assist the surgeon and other health care team members in providing effective surgical care.

Primary procedures include orthopedics, plastic surgery, and ENT (pediatric and adult).

Utilize equipment such as Zimmer, Depuy, Biomet, and Striker total replacements.

Ability to work in a high-volume environment with an average of 75 to 100 cases per day.

Work 8 or possibly 10-hour days with on-call responsibilities 1 to 2 days a week and every 3 to 4 weekends.

Stay late as needed, this time is not classified as Callback but as an extension of the regular shift.

All clinicians must badge in and out of the facility.

Scrub color is provided as Ceil Blue.

Candidates should have an end date from previous employment that is at least 6 months prior to their submission date.
