We're seeking a Manager, Corporate Development to join a lean, high-performing team that partners closely with Match Group executives to drive M&A, minority investments, corporate partnerships and strategic initiatives. This role offers broad exposure to the senior leadership team, cross-functional partners, and the full spectrum of corporate developmentfrom idea generation and valuation through deal execution and integration support. The role also supports the Office of the CFO with capital markets and treasury initiatives.

How You'll Make an Impact :

• Support the end-to-end M&A and investment process, including opportunity evaluation, valuation, diligence, and deal execution.
• Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies, accretion / dilution analysis).
• Prepare investment memos and strategic presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Monitor M&A activity, industry trends, competitive environment, peer earnings, and other market intelligence to inform strategic planning and investment theses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess strategic opportunities and build relationships with emerging and established companies.
• Assist in the negotiation of key transaction terms and review of definitive documentation.
• Maintain internal trackers for deal pipeline, competitive intelligence, and valuation comps.
• Work closely with Executive, Finance and Business Unit leadership in inorganic strategy formulation, deal sourcing and origination, financial analysis and valuation, negotiation and execution.
• Help identify and assess strategic opportunities and build relationships with emerging and established companies.
• Be a great communicator, both one-on-one with functional colleagues and internal clients, and in group settings.
• Deliver successfully on multiple initiatives in a highly dynamic environment, while calm under pressure.

We Could Be a Match if You Have :

$120,000 - $140,000 a year

The compensation range listed above is representative of the base salary offered. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York City and Los Angeles, CA. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
