Life Claims Examiner (NOT MEDICAL)

• Life Claims Examiner
• to support our growing team during an exciting period of expansion, including recent transitions from a major acquisition.
• What You'll Do :
• Investigate life claims with accuracy and care
• Locate and communicate with beneficiaries
• Apply critical thinking to resolve complex claim scenarios
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process
• What We're Looking For :
• Experience in Life, waiver of premium, AD&D, STD or LTD claims (Medical / Dental claims experience not applicable)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven customer service experience
• Detail oriented and ability to communicate with detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
