Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Culinary Director roleMinimum 5 years in an Executive Chef roleMulti-unit experience managing 6 or more locations preferredProven ability to oversee $30M+ in annual volume operationsStrong financial acumen—able to balance food quality with target cost of goods goalsExcellent communication and public speaking skillsDemonstrated sense of urgency and accountability for resultsMust Haves
