Job Description

A successful cleaning company in Long Island is looking for a Project Manager to work within the tri-state area. Must be bi-lingual (English / Spanish) and have a valid driver's license as a company van will be provided.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Responsible for completing daily cleaning and special projects scheduled.
• Must have experience with :
• Deep Cleaning of commercial building / facilities
• Reporting deficiencies and / or any safety hazards to Management so they can be reported to the client.
• Taking before and after photos of work and submitting daily reports to regional team
• Construction cleanups
• Carpet extractions
• Strip and Wax, Buffing floors
• Pressure washing
• Window cleaning
• Hi-low dusting
• General office cleaning
• Training and recruitment of cleaning staff
• Reporting hours to payroll

Bilingual English and Spanish skills required

Flexibility with working hours. Emergency nights and weekend work may be required.
