Job Summary :

• We are seeking a skilled and reliable Installer with experience in 12-volt electrical systems, solar panel installations, and general RV or camper van systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience wiring, troubleshooting, and installing components in mobile environments. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and working on custom vehicle builds.

Key Responsibilities :

Install and wire 12V battery systems, inverters, charge controllers, and solar panels in RVs and camper vans.

Diagnose and repair electrical issues related to power systems and auxiliary components.

Perform installations of lighting, outlets, switches, and related 12V or 110V systems.

Mount and configure solar panels and ensure proper energy system integration.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and quality at all times.

Communicate with team members and customers regarding installation progress and potential issues.

Read and interpret wiring diagrams and installation instructions.

Qualifications :

Proven experience with 12V electrical systems, solar systems, and RV or camper van installations.

Basic understanding of automotive or marine electrical systems is a plus.

Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.

Valid driver's license preferred.

Preferred Experience :

Previous experience working with RVs, camper vans, or similar vehicles.

Familiarity with lithium battery systems and DC-to-DC chargers.

Experience with custom van conversions is a plus.
