Primary Responsibilities :

This position serves as a leader on the Global Crisis Management (GCM) team, responsible for the Training & Exercise, After-Action Review (AAR), and the Member & Clinical Disaster Support (MCDS) programs. The incumbent will be responsible for the continued growth and oversight of the GCM training and exercise program, which is focused on training and exercising GCM partners on response plans. The AAR program ensures a focus on continuous improvement, learning and enhancing response through consistent assessment of event actions. Incumbent will be responsible for program management and expansion. The MCDS program is an extension of the All-Hazards GCM response plan and assists in coordinating support for members and patients impacted by severe weather and other events that impede access to care. The GCM role focuses on communication and coordination with clinical, operations, and regulatory partners across the enterprise. Incumbent is responsible for program oversight and further development of process and communications in coordination with enterprise clinical leadership. As a leader on the Global Crisis Management team, incumbent will be expected to assume various responsibilities during events and crises impacting the enterprise.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $132,200 to $226,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
