Project Executive Design / Build Commercial Firm

My client is looking for construction leaders who can help oversee project teams and run large scale construction projects. This person needs to have excellent leadership skills, a visionary mindset, and is invested in helping develop other construction professionals. This person also needs to have experience working with clients and managing their expectations, preferably on the design / build side. This person will have the opportunity to grow into a Vice President.

The Project Executive will :

• Plan and implement commercial ground-up projects
• Direct and lead the work of technical staff
• Evaluate new strategies and procedures
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met on all projects
• Maintain required project documentation
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
• Write and review owner contracts
• Strategic Planning
• Business Development
