Exempt  $80,000 Job Summary :

• The Facility Management and Operations Administrator is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operational integrity of all organizational facilities at La Clinica De Familia (LCDF).
• Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role ensures that all physical environments support the delivery of high-quality medical, dental, behavioral health, and educational services.
• The Administrator leads a team of maintenance and custodial staff, coordinates with contractors, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for employees, patients, and visitors across all LCDF locations.
