Yours Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) :
Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
5 years’ experience working with multi-functional teams to develop measurable, high-impact data analytics solutions
Demonstrated cross-functional understanding of digital platforms and measurement, including online, mobile, social and emerging technologies
Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
Highly collaborative work style with exceptional listening and communication skills, and the ability to work closely and iteratively with analytic modelers, business subject matter experts, and other teams
Proficient in project management and oversight with the ability to break down complex problems and projects into manageable goals
Strong business domain knowledge - business analytics, marketing data, automotive and understanding the exponential change within this domain is paramount to success
Proven thought-leadership in developing data-based strategic and tactical recommendations
A consumer-centric, results-driven mindset
Strong knowledge of service lane data and the ability to transform it to make strategic decisions.
Experience in data visualization and statistical modeling tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, R, SQL)
You have a deep understanding of BI tools : Excel, Reporting Tool Consumption (Cognos, Tableau)
Proficiency with online and offline data
