Real Estate Services Technician II

In the role of Real Estate Services Technician II, we'll count on you to :

• Perform mid-level technical services for right-of-way projects as required by the assignment, including project coordination
• Order and review title, perform title curative duties, provide detailed property research, and prepare acquisition and document packages that are certification-ready
• Coordinate closing / settlement / condemnation packages and document recordings
• Input data, maintain tracking and parcel status database, and prepare client reports
• Often work closely with agents and at the direction of a Project Manager
• Perform other duties as needed
