JOB SUMMARY :
William Hill is seeking a Director of Sportsbook Performance focused on our market-leading retail and mobile sports betting business in Nevada. We are seeking a candidate who has a strong knowledge of the gaming industry and a passion for sports and sports betting to be responsible for optimizing relationships and providing excellent service to William Hill’s casino partners. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships and drive toward business goals. This role is based in Nevada.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Build and maintain day-to-day relationships with William Hill casino partners across Nevada
- Develop, monitor and ensure effective communications and processes between William Hill and its casino partners
- Serve as key liaison between William Hill casino partners and operations, marketing, finance, product and other functions
- Coordinate among stakeholders to identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Coordinate among stakeholders to help resolve issues as they may arise
- Compile and lead periodic business reviews with casino partners
- Keep up to date on William Hill’s products and promotions and effectively communicate to partners
- Provide on-the-ground quality assurance and support
- Ensure that William Hill meets all contractual obligations to casino partners
- Be an ambassador for William Hill and its products
QUALIFICATIONS :
