LTACH and SNF\n1-2 years experience\nMA lic required\nNumber of beds in your facility? 80 SNF, 42 on LTACH\nFloating - YES, primarily SNF however coverage at LTACH as well\nEMR for your facility : NetHealth, Wellsky, Point Click Care (PCC)\nScrub colors / dress code : scrubs any color\nParking Location : On site free\n

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant, Long Term Acute Care

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : PTA-MA

Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

AND

Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled

Experience : 1 year

SSN Required

DOB Required
