Hagadone Media Montana, a family-owned company, is seeking an experienced Sales / Business Development champion to lead and drive growth across our Flathead County markets, including the Daily Inter Lake, Whitefish Pilot, Hungry Horse News, and Bigfork Eagle.

In this role, you’ll sell a combination of traditional and digital media, working with a full portfolio of media placement and marketing solutions. We’re looking for driven, creative professionals who understand how to develop a strategic media plan, communicate it effectively to clients, and bring it to life. This position isn’t just about maintaining accounts—it’s about new business development.

We need go-getters who can hunt for new opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth. If you’re just looking to manage an existing book of business, this isn’t the role for you.

What We’re Looking For :

Sales Expertise : Strong background in business development, account management, and negotiation. Extensive experience with outside sales, B2B strategies, and client relationship management.

Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals, including expansion into new media and digital channels.

Self-Starter : High level of initiative, independence, and a solution-oriented approach to achieving goals. Strong drive to excel in both selling and managerial functions.

Organization & Efficiency : Highly disciplined, organized, and able to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
