🚀 Why This Role Matters

This position is central to leading multiple commercial and industrial structural steel projects across the Mid-Atlantic. By driving safety, quality, and scheduling standards, youll ensure site teams are aligned, efficient, and delivering at scale.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise 35 structural steel projects simultaneously
  • Oversee site health, safety, quality, and scheduling compliance
  • Act as the main communication link between foremen, project teams, and leadership
  • Review drawings, specifications, and materials for accuracy and execution
  • Coordinate deliveries and collaborate with other trades to keep projects on track
  • Troubleshoot site issues, manage RFIs, and oversee as-builts

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 510+ years of experience in steel erection or construction supervision
  • Proven background as a superintendent in commercial / industrial projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience leading multiple sites
  • Knowledge of structural steel, commercial construction, and site equipment (transits, laser levels, etc.)
  • Proactive, safety-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Growth-oriented and able to adapt to fast-moving project pipelines
