Role Summary :
As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you’ll bring Orion180’s vision to life through compelling storytelling and strategic B2B communication with partner agents, agency principals, and business partners.
What you’ll do
Champion Orion180’s brand voice and values across all communications, ensuring consistency, clarity, and authenticity.
Lead B2B communications—craft impactful newsletters, announcements, blogs, thought leadership content, and digital campaigns.
Manage and execute the B2B content and campaign calendar to align messaging with launches, initiatives, and strategic objectives.
Develop polished marketing materials—sales decks, partner communications, and training collateral that elevate our brand presence.
Build and deploy targeted B2B email campaigns to engage agents, promote new products, and strengthen partnerships.
Use analytics, engagement data, and A / B testing to optimize content performance and continuously refine messaging.
What we’re looking for
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (required). Master's degree preferred.
Experience
Minimum 3+ years in marketing communications, content strategy, or public relations—ideally in a B2B environment (insurance, financial services, or technology).
Proven portfolio with writing samples, campaigns, or communication strategies that demonstrate creativity and impact.
Abilities
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, audience segmentation, and data‑driven communication.
Experience with SEO principles, email marketing, and CRM platforms (HubSpot experience a plus).
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
