Job Description :

  • Provide instrumentation and control (I&C) system engineering design, programming, and construction oversite for water and wastewater facility projects.
  • Work includes both in-plant and remote telemetry (SCADA) projects, with HMI and PLC programming.
  • Develop P prepare I&C system specifications; prepare cost estimates; and review and approve documentation developed by contractors and integrators.
  • Perform factory witness testing of Control System equipment
  • Inspect, test, and approve of I&C work provided by contractors at water and wastewater facilities.

Qualifications / Skills :

  • Must know how to use AutoCAD, or AutoCAD Plant 3D, or be willing to learn.
  • Control system networking expertise and software programming capability preferred.
  • Cybersecurity experience / qualifications a bonus
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • 5 years of I&C design experience preferred; more or less will be considered.

    • Education Requirements :

  • BS / BE Engineering
  • Ability to obtain a PE License within one year of employment.
